Purpose

What is my fundamental purpose? Many folks struggle with this. (I do too) and many are absolutely oblivious to this question. Another closely related question is who am I ? Or what am I ? 

Quintessential questions ?

For a majority of folks these questions don’t exist because of the power of belief in some “isim” . For a thin minority these are important question. In this thin minority a majority of folks go crazy thinking about this , a small percentage understand the question but have no clue of how to find the answer and an even smaller number attempt finding the answer. Within that small number that attempted, a majority do not find the answer and a tiny tiny fraction do find it but are unable to explain it. 

This blog is not just an attempt at documenting answers to questions I have had for my kids (they might learn something from their old mans experience) but at the same time documenting my journey. I might not agree with a point of view; but wouldn’t be scared to document it; At the end of the day my reality is quite different from everyone else’s including my kids, and the only way to present ideas is to have an impartial view and to document what logic worked for one and why. Someone else could make different conclusions from the same data . 

Writing down thoughts is something that has always worked for me. I still use a paper diary to manage my workday (this is surprising .. considering that I am in it and all of us are supposed to manage our work days in outlook;) ) I find that writing helps sharpen the focus on an idea and seeing it on paper makes it more clear ( he number of line through that I have in my diary’s is something that can be best left for another day) . These posts too start as a rough sketch on paper before I take it to my iPad and the spend a couple of hours changing things in “notes”.
